Virat Kohli vs James Anderson : Virat Kohli, the Indian team captain, engaged in a heated exchange with James Anderson, an English fast bowler. Kohli was heard taunting Anderson, saying that Lord’s was not his place. This incident didn’t sit well with fans and other players.
Stuart Broad, a prominent English fast bowler, came to Anderson’s defense on social media. Broad mentioned Anderson’s impressive track record at Lord’s, implying that it was like his home ground. He also suggested that Kohli’s choice of words might lead to trouble.
Virat Kohli vs Steve Smith : In another cricketing incident from 2017, Australian batsman Steve Smith faced controversy during a Test match against India in Bengaluru. Smith was given out after being hit on the pads by a delivery from Umesh Yadav. However, he was unsure whether to challenge the decision and made a gesture toward the dressing room, seeking advice. This action irked Virat Kohli, and he expressed his frustration to the umpire.As a result, Smith was asked to leave the field and was declared out.

Virat Kohli vs Australian Crowd : During his first tour of Australia, Kohli made headlines for showing his middle finger to the Sydney crowd. He explained that the crowd was using abusive language and targeting his family members. Kohli was fined and faced a Level two charge for his actions. However, he has come a long way since then, becoming one of the greatest modern-era batsmen and leading the Indian team to success.
Virat Kohli vs Gautam Gambhir : In 2013, during an IPL match between the KKR and RCB, Kohli, who was leading the Bangalore team, had a heated on-field argument with Gautam Gambhir, the Kolkata captain. The dispute occurred after Kohli was dismissed in the 10th over. Both players exchanged words and charged at each other in anger, but the umpires and fellow players intervened, preventing the situation from escalating.

Same thing happened in 2023 IPL too, when LSG chased the target of 213 runs and won a lost match from RCB, at that time Gambir and his team showed a lot of aggression (celebration) , which Virat Kohli probably did not like.
Then after that they had another match in which RCB could score only 126 runs but LSG was all out on 108 runs and in the middle of that match there was some argument between Naveen Ul Haq and Virat Kohli and Virat was showing a lot of aggression (celebration) after the loss of every wicket, which is probably what Gautam Gambhir did not like. Then when everyone shake hands, after the match is over, Gambhir and Kohli start saying things to each other and was seperated by other team mates.
